Many a time, we enjoy criticizing the forms of athletes we aren’t too fond of. What we don’t see however, is the hours of sweat, tears and blood they’ve put into their training; no matter how much we criticize them, they still deserve our respect for the effort they’ve put in to give us a good show. And more importantly, all of them can definitely out-dribble/ out-sprint/ out-punch us, the commentators. So starting today, this is my Mid Year Resolution - don’t put the hate on the athletes, and respect all of them - regardless of whether you like them or not.

This is NOT about a comic.

Both are similar in all aspects. One lives in the light - the golden boy for public, the one whom everyone acknowledges, the one whom makes people smile when they think of him. The other lives in the shadows - condemned by all, despised for reasons unknown, living in the underbelly of the city, unacknowledged.

Does it seem fair then, that two people who have led such similar lives, have such different fates?
